On 28 November 2025 the members of the Internationaler Springertag Rostock e. V. came together for their annual general meeting. This year the Likedeeler was chosen as the venue — a maritime event ship whose warm wooden atmosphere, view of the water and special Hanseatic charm provide the ideal setting for getting together. The choice of location was not only a good fit organisationally, but also a thank-you to all the members and supporters who have backed the Divers Day with great commitment for many years.

In his address, club president Lutz Buschkow paid tribute to the important work of all members and helpers who make the Divers Day possible year after year. At the same time he expressed his regret that the 68th International Divers Day has to be postponed by one year due to extensive construction work in the swimming hall.

Andreas Kriehn, chief organiser of the Divers Day and chair of the meeting, then opened a lively discussion in which the members participated actively and constructively. Beyond the usual agenda items of a general meeting, the focus was above all on the shared exchange of ideas.

After the official part, all participants looked forward to the traditional Christmas dinner provided by our long-standing partner, the “Zur Tanne” catering service of the Pointner family. Over duck, red cabbage, potatoes and dumplings, the members let the evening wind down in a convivial atmosphere and used the time for many pleasant conversations.
